UKPSC PCS Exam Date 2024 Out

The  Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has made announcement regarding the new exam date for the Uttarakhand Combined State (Civil) Senior Subordinate Services Examination 2024. Due to unavoidable reasons, the UKPSC PCS Preliminary exam has been changed. Before the exam was scheduled for 07th July 2024, now the UKPSC Prelims Exam will be held on 14th July 2024. The UKPSC PCS Mains exam will held from 16th to 19th November 2024 for the prelims-qualified candidates. The UKPSC PCS application forms will be accepted online mode through the official website of UKPSC. Candidates can follow the below step-by-step process to apply online for UKPSC PCS Vacancy 2024.

Step 2: Go to the Announcement Section on the left side of the Homepage then click on the link that reads “Online Application For Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/Upper Subordinate Services Exam-2024”.

Step 3: A new page is displayed on the screen, Fill out the registration form by providing personal details, contact details and creating a password for login, and clicking on the submit button.

Step 4: After completion of the registration process tab on ‘Click here to login’ and enter your mobile number/ email ID and password.

Step 5: On the page of the educational details, fill in the details of your high school, intermediate, graduation, and other education details and click on Continue.

Step 6: Upload your recently scanned colored passport-size photographs and signature in the prescribed format.

UKPSC Notification 2024 Eligibility Criteria

UKPSC PCS Educational Qualifications

There are some minimum educational qualifications to appear for the civil service examination and every candidate must fulfill these minimum qualifications before applying.

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university established by law in India is the minimum educational requirement for serial numbers 1 to 7 and 10, 11, and 12 posts.
  • For the posts of Deputy Education Officer/Staff Officer/Law Officer a master’s degree is required from an institution established by law in India.
  • A post-graduate degree in sociology, applied sociology, or social work from any Indian university established by law, any institution other than one recognized by law as a university, or from any foreign university recognized by the central government, is required for posts as a probation officer.

UKPSC PCS Nationality

The candidates who wish to appear for the Uttarakhand civil services examination must be citizens of India, other requirements related to the nationality of the candidates are specified below.
