Staff Selection Commission (SSC) releases an annual SSC Exam Calendar that includes the exam dates for upcoming examinations. For the 2023-24 year, SSC has already announced that the SSC CGL 2024 Exam is scheduled to be held in September-October 2024. SSC CGL Exam Date 2024
After the completion of apply online procedure, SSC will conduct a computer-based examination which will be the tier 1 exam or stage 1 for shortlisting the eligible candidates for tier 2 or the final stage. SSC CGL Exam is conducted every year at the national level to recruit candidates for a huge number of Group “B” and Group “C” posts under the various departments of government organizations. SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Date 2024
SSC CGL selection process includes two stages namely Tier 1 and Tier 2 wherein Tier 1 is qualifying in nature. The first stage CBT Exam will be conducted for the candidates who apply for the SSC CGL 2024 Exam and as per the calendar, the exam is scheduled for September-October 2024. SSC CGL Exam will be conducted in 4 shifts each day. The complete details regarding shift timing, venue, and exam center will be released along with the SSC CGL Admit Card 2024 and application status. The SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Date 2024 will be notified through an official notice which will be notified at www.ssc.gov.in.
SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Shift Timings
Staff Selection Commission has scheduled the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam in September-October 2024 and the exam will be held in 4 shifts each day. Candidates can check all shift timings and reporting timing of the SSC CGL 2024 Tier-1 Exam from the below table:

SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam Date 2024
After the completion of Tier 1, the candidates who are declared qualified will have to appear for SSC CGL Tier 2 Exam which is expected to be held in December 2024. The marks scored in the tier 2 exam will be counted for the final selection for 17727 SSC CGL Vacancy 2024.
SSC CGL Admit Card 2024
As the SSC CGL-Tier 1 examination is scheduled to be held in September/October 2024, candidates who will have to appear for the upcoming Combined Graduate Level Exam will be issued an admit card. SSC CGL Tier 1 Minimum Qualifying Marks
The minimum qualifying marks to be scored in the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam have been set by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and notified through official notification. The candidates of the general category have to score 30% marks and for OBC/EWS the qualifying marks are 25% and for all other categories is 20%.
