The Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) was organised by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, from 22 April to 17 May 2024, held at various test centres for pursuing admission in engineering, pharmacy and agriculture courses in the colleges and universities in the State of Maharashtra.

The MHT CET examination is conducted in two groups: PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). Students who qualify for this entrance test are eligible for admission in various streams.
MHT CET Exam Overview
The MHT CET was a Computer-Based Examination which was based on the Maharashtra State Board’s syllabus. This examination includes three papers: Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry and Biology. Detailed information about the exam overview is given below:

MHT CET Answer Key Availability & Objection Process
After conducting the MHT CET-2024, the examination board will provide the provisional answer keys to check the correct answers to the questions asked in this test. The answer key provides an idea to calculate the marks obtained by the students.
The official answer key link will be activated for 3 to 4 days. Within this timeframe, students must check their answers. These provisional keys are the correct answers to the questions asked in the MHT CET examination. The board will release the shift-wise and set-wise answer keys on its official website, cetcell.mahacet.gov.in. Students can download the answer key as per their question-paper set and shifts.
MHT Common Entrance Test Objection Process
The board will provide a direct link to raise objections and the provisional answer key release. Students can challenge it by submitting their objections. The board will charge an amount per objection.
After getting the objections, the board will issue a revised answer key to the students. The board will prepare the final result based on the revised answer key.
