MH SET Result 2024, Check Announcement Date, Subject Wise Qualification Marks

The Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (MH SET) was conducted by the Savitribai Phule Pune University on 07 April 2024. Too many candidates took part in this examination to be selected for Assistant Professor posts in the various universities and colleges in Maharashtra.

This examination was held at 18 centres in Mumbai and Goa from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on April 07, 2024. Now the candidates who participated in this examination are waiting for the MH SET Result 2024. The board will announce the result officially.

The MH SET Result will be uploaded on the official website of the university i.e. setexam.unipune.ac.in. The university is busy now to prepare the result. The university is involved in evaluating the candidate’s answer sheets, to upload the accurate result.

MH SET Exam Overview

  • The MH SET was conducted in two parts.
  • Part I had 50 multiple-choice questions with a total of 100 marks, each correct answer carried 02 marks.
  • Part II had 100 questions with a total of 200 marks, each correct answer carried 02 marks.
  • There was 01 hour to complete the Part I and 2.5 hours for Part II.
  • Part I was conducted between 10:00 am to 11:00 am and Part II was between 11:30 am to 01:30 pm.

MH SET Result Preparation Process

The university has released a provisional answer key on the official website, candidates have to need to check their answers with it. If you find any inconsistencies in checking the answers, you can dispute with the university for the provisional answer key by raising objections to it.

After gathering the objections, the university will evaluate the candidate’s answer sheets again and release a revised answer key. After releasing the revised answer key, candidates can’t change it. The final result will be based on the revised answer key and the candidate’s responses.

MH SET Cut-Off Marks

The cut-off marks are known as minimum qualifying marks, which will help to determine the candidate’s minimum qualifying marks. Candidates who will get higher marks than the minimum qualifying marks will be safe and awarded in the merit list. The university has uploaded the category-wise cut-off marks, which are given below:

Merit List
