Physical Measurements
To get selected for various posts in the Meghalaya Police Department, the candidate’s physical measurements must be as per those specified by the official authorities. The recruitment body has notified that weight and chest measurements will not be taken into consideration, only the height of the candidates will be measured. For the male candidates belonging to the general category, the height should be 162 cm, and for the female candidates of the general category, it should be 157 cm.

Meghalaya Police Selection Process
For the selection of eligible candidates out of a large number of applications, the recruitment body selects the candidates by conducting a selection process which involves three stages for the posts released under Meghalaya Police Recruitment 2024.
