Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed the higher secondary school certificate examination (class 12) conducted by the divisional board established under the Maharastra Boards of Secondary and Higher Secondary Act, 1965 or its equivalent recognized by a Board.
  • Candidates who have passed the Yashwantrao Chavan Open University, Nashik’s Prelims Examination and passed the first year or who have graduated from the University.
  • Degree and its equivalent as awarded by a recognized University.
  • In the case of those who have completed 15 years of military service, they must have passed the Class 10th Civilian Examination or IASC (Indian Army Special Certificate of Education).

Selection Process of Maharashtra Police Constable Bharti 2024

For a fair recruitment drive, the exam-concerned authority will conduct two stages of the selection process to recruit eligible candidates for Police Constable, and Police Constable Driver posts. The selection process for Maharashtra Police Constable Bharti 2024 comprised a physical exam, written exam, and skill test (police constable drive posts).

Candidates applying for Police Constable Driver posts have to undergo a physical test followed by a written test, and skill (driving test). Candidates who qualify for the written exam will be called to appear for the skill test. In which candidates driving skills will be tested. Skill tests will be held for a total of 50 marks. 25 marks for the Gunambi driving test and 25 marks for the Jeep driving test.

Salary of Maharashtra Police Constables
