Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks (no stipulation of marks for SC/ST candidates), a Master’s Degree, or a Law Degree awarded or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala.
  • Knowledge of computer operations will be appreciated; however, it is not compulsory.

Selection Process for Kerala High Court Assistant

The selection process for the Kerala High Court Assistant position involves a three-stage evaluation:

Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)- This is the first stage of the selection process, consisting of an objective-type test. The primary aim of the Preliminary Examination is to filter out candidates based on their basic knowledge and understanding of the subjects relevant to the job profile.

Mains Examination (Descriptive Type)- Candidates who qualify in the Preliminary Examination are eligible to appear for the Mains Examination, which is descriptive. It tests the candidate’s in-depth knowledge. Marks obtained in this stage are crucial as they impact the overall selection process.
