IOCL Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The candidate’s selection for IOCL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2024 is based on a two-stage selection process i.e. a computer-based test followed by a skill/proficiency/physical test (SPPT). Those who qualify for the entire process are hired for different Non-Executive posts.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):- The selection of candidates will begin with a computer-based test that will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. Shortlisted candidates will qualify for the next stage.
- Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT):- This stage of the selection process is qualifying in nature. This is also the final round of the recruitment process.
IOCL Recruitment 2024 Exam Pattern
For the selection of candidates for various Junior Engineering and Non-Executive posts under IOCL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2024, a CBT exam will be held for a total of 100 marks. Candidates will be allotted 2 hours to attempt this exam.
- Each question carries 1 mark i.e. +1 will be rewarded for the correct answer.
- There will be a total of 100 objective multiple-choice questions.
- No marks will be deducted for wrong answers in the CBT exam.
- The minimum qualifying in the CBT exam for the unreserved category is 40% and for SC/ST/PwBD category is 35%.
