Haryana CET 2024 Exam Date

As of now Haryana CET 2024 Exam Date is not released, however the authorities have mentioned that Group C mains examination will be held in August/September 2024 at various exam centers. All the registered candidates will be issued Haryana CET Admit Card 2024 7-10 days before the exam. Steps to Fill HSSC CET Application Form 2024

The step-by-step procedure to apply for Haryana CET Exam 2024 is given here below. By following these steps, candidates will be easily able to fill out the application form.

  1. Start by opening the official website of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission on your device i.e. .
  2. The homepage of the HSSC website is displayed on the screen. Here, click on the “New Candidate” button.
  3. Now, read out all the instructions and then click on the “Proceed Button” after ticking the box.
  4. On the next page, enter your CTET Registration Number, and then tap on “Check Registration Details”.
  5. You are redirected to the login page. Here, enter your login ID and password generated at the time of the Common Eligibility Test.
  6. Enter all the details in the HSSC CET Application Form 2024 and fill it out completely.
  7. Now upload the necessary documents and preview the application form.
  8. After verifying all the details, submit the online form.

Application Fee for Haryana CET 2024

It has been specified in HSSC CET Notification 2024 that candidates are exempted from paying the application fee while filling out HSSC CET Application Form 2024 irrespective of their categories. This simply means that candidates just need to fill out the details in the registration form without paying any specific amount for it.

HSSC CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission considers the age limit and educational qualification of a candidate to determine his/her eligibility for various Group C posts. Candidates are suggested to thoroughly check the HSSC CET Eligibility Criteria 2024 and enter correct details regarding their age and qualification in the application form to avoid any kind of rejection.

Age Limit

Those who wish to apply for Haryana CET 2024 Group C posts, must be at least 18 years of age and the upper age limit should be 42 years. If any candidate does not fall in this age group, then he/she is not eligible for released vacancies. Some years of age relaxations have been provided in the upper age limit for special reserved categories.

100 words per minute for English shorthand and 20 words per minute for transcription, with a maximum of 4% error rate AND
80 words per minute for Hindi shorthand and 15 words per minute for transcription, with a maximum error rate of 4%.
Steno Typist Candidates must have done 10+2/10+2 1st Division/10+2 Vocational/Graduation/Graduation with 60% or its equivalent from a recognized board/university.
80 words per minute for English shorthand and 15 words per minute for transcription, with a maximum of 8% error rate AND
64 words per minute for Hindi shorthand and 11 words per minute for transcription, with a maximum error rate of 8%.
Junior Scale Stenographer Candidates must have done 10+2/10+2 1st Division/10+2 Vocational/Graduation/Graduation with 60% or its equivalent from a recognized board/university.

Note:-

  • Candidates must have studied and passed Hindi/Sanskrit as one of their subjects in Class 10th or Higher Education.
  • The candidates must also have working knowledge of computers covering topics such as MS Office, Computer Fundamentals, and Operation of Internet/E-mail.

Selection Process for HSSC CET Group C 2024

Thousands of applications will be received by Haryana Staff Selection Commission for Steno and various Group C posts, to make the right decision and select eligible candidates, authorities will follow a three-stage selection procedure.

  1. First, the merit list will be prepared listing the names of candidates who have qualified Haryana Common Eligibility Test.
  2. Shortlisted candidates will then have to appear for a written examination for recruitment of Group C posts which will be conducted in an offline mode.
  3. Then comes to skill test stage, this test will be conducted as per the requirements of the posts. So, further details regarding the skill test will be updated later if it happens.

The written examination for Haryana CET 2024 Group C posts will be conducted for a total of 97.5 marks, and candidates will be allotted 105 minutes to complete their OMR-based examination.
