The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, CGBSE Raipur, is set to release the Class 10 Result in May 2024. For session 2023-24, annual exams were conducted from 02 March to 21 March 2024. The valuation process of the answer sheets is completed, and the results are almost ready. Students can check their results by entering their name and seat number into the login portal, which the board will open in May 2024.
Around 8 lakh students took part in this examination and await their results. Once released, students can check their CGBSE 10th Result through the board’s official website, i.e. cgbse.org. Chhattisgarh Secondary Result Date
The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education has not released the exact date of the result, but according to the previous year’s trends, the result will be released in May 2024. To pass the examination, students must obtain at least 33% marks in each subject. Students who get higher marks will be ranked high on the result list.

After the announcement of the result, the board will distribute the original mark sheets to the students within one month, which will be provided to their respective schools and examination authorities. Contact the examination authority immediately if you find any error in the mark sheet.
How to Check the CGBSE 10th Result 2024?
Students can check their CGBSE 10th Result by following the below-mentioned steps:
- Visit the official website at cgbse.org.
- Go to the “Student Zone” tab and click on the “Result Card” section.
- Now, fill in your registration number/roll number in the given area.
- Then, press the “Get Result” button.
- The result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download it and check your results.
Apart from this, students can check their results via SMS. Here are the steps to check the CGBSE 10th Result via SMS:
- Open the SMS application on your mobile phone.
- Type CG10<space>ROLL NUMBER.
- For Ex: CG12 1235831289.
- After that, send it to 56263.
- The board will send the CGBSE 10th Result to your mobile number.
Re-checking/ Revaluation Process
The board will issue a revaluation form for those students who are not satisfied with their results. The revaluation is a process in which the board will re-check the students’ answer sheets and re-evaluate their scores. They will count the marks again and analyze the answer sheets.
For the revaluation, the board will charge a fee for each subject. Here are the re-totaling, revaluation, and photocopy fees:

After selecting the forms and paying the fee, students must wait 10 to 15 days for the result. It will be released on the board’s official website. Students must keep a close eye on the official website after completing the revaluation form.
Apart from the revolution process, students will have a second chance to appear in the examination, which is called the supplementary exam. The board will take a supplementary exam from those students who have failed in 3 subjects. It will be held in August 2024 at various examination centers across Chhattisgarh. The board will announce the supplementary result within 15 days after the examination.
